My story

WHO AM I?

Headshot of Randell Holmes Jr.

I was born with a syndrome called Waardenburg’s. Fully deaf. One eye blue, one eye brown. Two cochlear implants. What was once a hindrance has become a platform. Everything I have is because of God, and I want to live my whole life doing my part in building His kingdom.

  1. The start

    Born fully deaf

Cochlear implants opened up a world I had to learn to hear. That kid is still the reason I speak.

  2. Texas A&M

D1 football, then a turning point

I played Division I football at Texas A&M until a hamstring injury ended my career. Football had been my identity. Losing it, and God getting hold of my heart, showed me what I was actually built on.

I finished what I started and graduated from Texas A&M. Gig 'em.

  3. Age 23

    First business, first exit

Built and sold my first company, Book Dropp, at 23.

  4. December 2025

    Walked away from Wall Street

I had an investment banking offer and turned it down to go all-in on building my own thing. It was the defining decision of my career so far.

  5. Today

    We are just getting started...

We are learning and growing by the day but...

I AM WHO HE SAYS I AM.

What I'm Building & Why It Matters

Real people. Real results. Real impact.

First, most young men either don't think following Jesus is worth it, or they know they should follow Him but don't know how in today's world. I've been both. Thankfully, other men poured into me and showed me why it's worth it and how to do it. Now I want to pay that forward to anyone and everyone I can.

Second, I don't believe a business is successful just because it makes the most money possible. A business is successful when it actually helps people reach the outcome they came for. Do that, and the finances take care of themselves. Business is about helping as many people as you can, as well as you can, a million times more than it's about maximizing profit.

Connect with me

Let's Talk.

Tell me about your brand, your event or your idea. I read every inquiry and reply to the ones that align with my values.

Authenticity matters to me. I only partner with brands, products, companies and organizations I genuinely believe in: ones that are legitimate and line up with what I stand for. If I say yes, it's because I'd stand behind it anyway.
